Latest WIP

Despite getting a new knitting book and wool to go with it, I've been trying to get a grip of this cross stitch picture.

I had thought with enough work, it might have been finished for Christmas but it wasn't too be. Mainly cos it's a rotten pattern full of half stitches and twisted threads (2 colours twisted together sort of make a new colour but it's fouttery and not really possible when I'm using 3 strands of thread to start with.)

Anyway, this is the sewing that had 2 days attention on the train before Christmas and it didn't get very far but it will get finished.
