Eye Testing in Bhavnagar District, India

Working with our partner, The PNR Society, (in the Bhavnagar District of India) children are screened for early signs of disability. Here children are having their eyesight checked.

Children who are identified as being at risk are referred to the team we support for further investigation and treatment if necessary.

Last year we trained over 1,300 teachers and Anganwadi (nursery school) workers in this region who checked the health of over 200,000 young children.
