Hate feeling * Flat *

I had one of the best sleeps last night, I didn't even wake when hubby got up, put the light on, got dressed and later he brought me my warm lemon water….I only woke with him kissing me * Goodbye *…
At 9am I went into town, again taking my camera with me as know a Blip photo is needed. After my 9am appointment I drove around to find some snow, most has melted, but in the forest area's there is still a little snow on the ground.

When home, I did an hours run on the treadmill….showered and felt so flat I lay on the couch watching Morning TV….then feel asleep…

So not an exciting day for me…later I start dinner and Hubby's work lunch, and then even later I heard out to teach a Kettlebell class…

Looking forward to my bed!!!
