Edinburgh East End

Anybody familiar with Edinburgh will immediately recognise this shot taken at the East end of Princes Street, The Balmoral Hotel with it's clock tower, the statue of the Duke of Wellington erected in 1852 to celebrate his victory over the French at the Battle of Waterloo in 1816. You can also just see the spire of the Scott Monument in the background and a seagull in the sky :-)
