Oh The Humanity!
I photographed so many wonderful things on my afternoon stroll through the park: a beautiful carpet of red and golden leaves covering everything in sight, autumnal reflections on a still pond, a heron playing the bagpipes up a tree (okay, that's a lie)
But for some reason I've opted for the pants wrapped around a twig shot.
Here's the challenge. Is it possible to deduce anything that's not unpleasant from this shot?
I'll have a go.
This is actually a conceptual piece of Art - It's a homage to the Coen Brother's film, 'Miller's Crossing'. Instead of a gangster's hat mysteriously floating across the forest floor, the artist has thrown some pants up a tree.
Or -
Creationists not only believe that the 'Pant Tree' is indisputable evidence of God's existence but that Y-fronts are clearly the work of the devil.
No I can't do it. One cannot hide the true horror of this image.
There is no other sight in all nature that is more grotesque than a pair of man's pants wrapped around a tree.
