Sign of Ageing

I go past this sign nearly every day and it always erks me. It really does an injustice to the elderly whoever they are these days. The sign is outside a sheltered housing development and all of the folk I've seen going in and out look nothing like the stereo type on this sign, i.e. bent over with a walking stick.
Also a lot of "elderly folk" whizz around on mobility scooters these days, we probably need a warning sign for these folk if anything.
