Dad.

Mum and dad came up to visit today. An awful lot of traveling for such a short stay but it was nice to see them both - particularly as they looked so well. Last time they were here I took a picture of mum. Today it was dad's turn.

He was a bit reluctant. You know the look someone takes on when they are swotting an annoying fly? Well that was the first one I got. Anyway, I persevered - although I didn't have the nerve to ask him to sit in a seat where the background was better. I opted to edit instead. I hope you like the result dad.

Anyway, I know it's customary to have a celebratory blip to mark centenaries, but I thought this took precedence. (For me Blip is about memories - and this was one that I wanted to keep). Maybe tomorrow I'll do the one I had planned for today. Meantime I would just like to thank everybody who's looked in and inspired me over the last 200 days. Your encouragement has been more helpful than you can know.
