Stanley

It's been yet another drizzly day out today so i haven't left the house. I started the day with the intention of painting the woodwork in my living room but came up with a really good excuse to not do it when i found i had no brush cleaner! I did however wipe down all the skirting boards and door frames in preparation for when i do start. I've also picked the curtain poles online and put in an order so i can crack on with getting my curtains made up. Little by little it will come together.
Stanley has been out most of the day despite the rain and just returned looking decidedly bedraggled. He's done well to clean himself up for a picture and his whiskers still look pretty magnificent! Rosie is still out there somewhere but i'm sure she'll put in an appearance before too long. She's not daft!
I'm now planning a night ahead with a bit more tapestry and some tv, and perhaps a cheeky glass of red. After all i am on a week off. :-))
