Experience is Everything

Had a really busy day today Board meeting, AGM, and Learners' Forum all in the one day but it was good fun.

Experience Map is what we need, especially when you have the range of people we had in the building today.

It's a shame we don't often get the chance to find out what people know, who they know and what they've achieved in life. It's a real eye opener and great learning at the same time.
