We collected poor Little B from the vet at lunchtime today and he seems to have been sleeping for quite a lot of the afternoon. He had an operation on his partially torn cruciate ligament to strengthen the joint. This means he now has a permanent metal plate and screws in his leg. He's surprisingly nimble when he's let out of his pen and I think as the anaesthetic wears off it's going to be quite a tough job to keep him quiet. This picture shows him lying in his bed, he doesn't seem to be quite asleep.
