The corner shop

Here it is, our small row of local shops. 2 general stores, a pharmacy, 2 cafés, a florist, gift shop, designer used clothes, deli, barbers, baker, hardware store, bank, butcher, ladies hairdresser, beauty salon, restaurant and a kitchen showroom. Sorely missed is our post office.

When I write all those out it quite a collection, and most of the shops have been here quite some time, it's nice not to have too much change

Bruce's Tokyo trip is taking shape, and included apart from judo sessions, Kendo, Kyudo, calligraphy, Sumo plus a visit to a Japanese High school and to Tokyo's famous fish market. It's sounding amazing
