You look like a boiled owl!

Two nights, 6 hours sleep in total. Full day teaching then delivery of staff training.
Kept it together until I got back down to my office then it felt like an invisible ninja tried to rip my abdomen open.
It passed quickly and I am just grateful that it didn't happen whilst I was stood in front of all of my peers. Might have been more interesting for them though!

If I don't sleep tonight I fear I might just fall into the black hole that I am stood on the edge of. This is the face of a boiled owl ...
