kedge island sunset

It was a beautiful day, bright and sunny. The birds were singing, there's frogspawn in the ponds and buds are breaking on lots of shrubs. There's a real (if possibly premature) sense of spring being on the doorstep.

I planted a bed of potatoes in the tunnel, I planted two more bushes into the blueberry bed and we prepared the ground for a gooseberry bed.

I got out for the sunset in spite of being achy and tired as the forecast for the next few days is bad.
