This is Jamie Olivers recipe for butterscotch sauce to go on top of sticky toffee pudding. I tried the sticky toffee pudding but as usual big 'fail'.

The sauce however is beautiful. Hardly difficult 3 ingredients and even I can manage this.

The sauce is quite versatile too, today I dipped my apple in it, the other day I had it on ice cream, I can't have it on sticky toffee pudding tho coz I can't make it. But thankyou Jamie Oliver for a beautiful sauce.
