Getting me some vitamins
I've been feeling a little off lately and when you're off you are at risk of catching a cold. So what do you do? Stack up on vitamins!
I wanted to make a fruit smoothy to take with me in the morning so tonight I sliced down some green and pink apples, a pear, half a pineapple and kiwi. I also squeezed the juice from two oranges and one grape. All this I put in the blender with some frozen blackberries and rasberries. To top it off I added some juice from fresh ginger root. Delicious smoothy to die for. Can't wait until morning... :)
