At the gym
Work and gym...like many other days.
I go three times a week and it is a part of my life. And although crossfit can be pretty extreme, I never go crazy with it. Love being strong and fit, but don't compete or write scores on the board. Don't do paleo or take any protein supplements.
But I'm planning on being a frisky little lady until I'm 100....
This is not a me on the photo...I did 20 kg less :)
