small pink trike......

i followed this truck this morning on my way out to lunch with an elderly uncle (more elderly than me!!!) My mind was really playing imaginary games. On the trailer was a wheelbarrow, all sorts of tools, bags of cement and this small pink trike....... Was Dad in charge of babysitting for day????perhaps a single dad???? Grandad in charge????didn't get to see in cab so have no answers......
