Low Tide at Haulashore Island
So lucky today! We were taken over to the Boulder Bank and Haulashore Island, by Janny and her husband. The southerly had blown in and made it too rough initially but when it all calmed down we made it across for lunch on the Boulder Bank and then a wander around Haulashore Island - an island where the fishermen used to haul their boats up onto the stones, after the day's fishing. I loved the stream that was still flowing through the lagoon on the island, at low tide. Thanks for a great day Janny.
