Holding up the sun

After a frustratingly slow upload I have finally got this picture up, and am now adding a few words.

Today was a very long day without any breaks except for making myself three plunger loads of coffee which I drank through the day while doing emails, notes, prescriptions and general stuff between patients. A slightly easier day tomorrow.

Now to bed.
