Rutlands were doing a massive deal on 24" bolt croppers so I bought a pair.
According to the RYA essential safety equipment to cut away the rig if it ever falls down or to cut away someone else's rig if you come upon an emergency.
As I say something I hope never to use.
I will grease them up, wrap them in cling film and put in the bottom of the tool locker.
