Many of our neighbourhood pubs have hit hard times in Stevenage. Either people aren't drinking as much as they used to, or perhaps they prefer to buy their drink from the supermarket at a fraction of the price and drink at home. The demolition of the King Pin is part of a major regeneration project for Pin Green.
