Cookies and cream cake

Still playing catch up with my blips this week....Tuesdays blip - a badly photographed cake :0)

Littleman was back on his cake baking 'thing' this week. It's only box cake, but he is quite capable of doing it all on his own now. So I just hang around for company and we talk about the halves and thirds and such as he's working.

Although he has had his haircut since we left the hospital, he doesn't like going to the barber as it involves everyone in the place talking about why there is a huge, bald wound in his head, etc. I haven't been able to get him back in for a few weeks and he really needed a trim so I pulled out the old clippers this evening to tackle his fuzzy head myself. Unfortunately, the old clippers are terrible and halfway through we couldn't go on, so he was left fairly short on top and a little too long on the sides :0/ Mr.Tex frowned at us LOL. Wednesday will bring new clippers into our lives so we can fix his hair, and he will have to go to the store in a hat or hoodie :0)
