Not today thankyou!

Put in a full day today on painting and maintenance work in our local community cafe "Rumbletums" - so too tired for my home gymn equipment - the Bullworker, the press-up handles and the dumbbell, at least one of which can reckon to get a daily workout. They can sit where they are in the bedroom corner and not make me feel in the least bit guilty!
