Recipe Book Day Goes Retro

Today was use a cookery book night and tonight I went retro with Toad in the Hole from Delia Smith's How to Cook
I got the inspiration from Chris Evans Radio 2 breakfast show he often talks about what he had for dinner the night before and who is better to tell you how to make that sort of thing than Delia.
The sausages were Balti Bangers from my mum's local butchers and they were yummy I will definitely be buying them again.
