Almost the weekend!

Yoga lunchtime today with a different teacher. Looking at me attempting to do the downward dog, she asked: "Are you a runner?" I think Dylan does it better than I do.

Mme SwRo is out with her buddies tonight, so boys' night in for me and Dylan. Not sure it's going to be very lively as one of us is already asleep, and the other is fading fast.

This is Mme SwRo's photo of the feeding frenzy at the lake today. The seagulls remind me of dive bombers, which is a good excuse for this song by PSB. Most of this group's output is similar, old recordings set to electronic music, but I really like it.
