32C and rising
Air conditioning is switched on all year round in my office, in winter for warming the place up, in summer for cooling. Obvious. What is not obvious to anybody in the office is how to regulate that damn thing. It either too warm or freezing cold. No matter what temperature we programme into the thermostat. I've been experimenting a bit, which is appreciated only by a few whith similar temperature requirements and discovered that only pictures of sun and snow flake make a difference, but have to be manually adjusted. Sun makes place warmer, snow flake colder, logical. But then I have to lower temperature to 20 with the sun and hike it up to 24 with snow flake. After a couple of weeks of drastic changes, putting cardigans on and off, we are making a huge experiment and not changing any setting in the whole building. So tomorrow I am wearing a summer dress and taking a warm fleece. I expect to put in on and take it off a lot.
At home our lovely fan is out. We'll save the air con adventure for the arrival of the guests.
