Got to try my hand at some urine Bence Jones Protein analysis today. We do it slightly differently at Shrewsbury to what I've been used to, it's more colourful for a start.
This is after applying the antisera to isolate any light chains that might be present...it does make sense, honest.
Seemed to work ok.
