Its Grim Up North

Looking grim down Stanley Front Street today, cold wind blowing, the sky turning dark, feels like snow....always imagine them there Tumbleweeds a blowing down the high street now....the burnt out shell of a building will probably be demolished, and a new Tesco Superstore will arise phoenix like.....probably the best thing at least it might breathe new life into the town, still don't like the idea of all the historic buildings going..but I suppose that's progress. all in all a good day today everywhere I went people being pleasant....even laughing at my jokes, ps that's no small thing I usually end up having to explain them, apparently some of my humour tends to go over their heads
