New Seeds

Two Rainbow Lorikeets found the fresh new seeds on one of the palm trees today, and I thought their bright coloured feathers looked very pretty against the green of the valley below.

You may also notice the Tweed River in the distance. On the 29th of January last year, my blip showed the flooded valley, when the river had broken its banks and the old highway was closed to all traffic. This year, we have had very little rain at all.

I'll continue working through the weekend, but I'm hoping to have some spare time during the next two days too. My sewing is almost finished! :)
