Occasional series 2 Question

Am I too old to wear a bobble hat? A dear friend battling through the rain to an important London lunch on Tuesday asked herself 'will my hat ruin my hair?' And 'am I too old for a bobble hat?'

I am thinking of knitting a hat for an exciting trip next week. So I add a third question

'Can I wear a bobble hat in Paris?'

My answer 'yes if the bobble is real fur'. (Almost)
