View from bathroom window!!!!

Found out about the competition on the 29th of Jan! decided to take my camera out with me on the 30th,but when i got up in the morning the sky was totally grey and stayed that way all day,i had mentioned the comp to my children,as it,s always been my dream to go to the Arctic!!! and also the fact that as i wouldnt be able to enter as i hadn't been able to take a photo all day.
Woke up this morning,late,running around, shouting for my children to get up,opened the curtains and ...WOW,i actually said that out loud,after such a bleak,foreboding sky yesterday the total and utter beauty of the the sky today was breathtaking.
I'm not a photographer,though i own a camera,i don't use it very often,i hope i stand a chance,thanks.
