Entry 984 - Last days

Last days on the ward - I am currently on a rotation post which involves moving around a surgery ward, medical ward, intensive care and care of the elderly. It's the first time the hospital has offered a nurse rotation program, it's ideal for newly qualifieds to be able to carry on broadening their experience - especially as I get a 3 month taster of intensive care.

The down side is, you have to say goodbye to lovely people you meet. But we'll keep in touch so its okay. Infectious diseases for me next!
