Why should I go outside? ...

I don't think anything is convincing Cholmeley to go outside into the garden in the pouring rain.
He had two walks this morning. He is always happy to jump into a river, a pond, or even a puddle. But the waterlogged garden isn't fun.
He has a bladder that's the size of a water tank obviously.
