Is this rain ever going to stop?

Pulled up for a 10 minute break this afternoon - and just sat and watched cars whizzing past. Set the camera up on the dashboard and using a smallish aperture I focussed on the wiper arm to throw the background out of focus.

Took quite a few shots, but only a few had the whole car in the picture. I had to keep wiping screen - and so getting one with not too much water running down was a bonus.

All the water and mud on the road means my car gets dirty very quickly so it has to be washed just about every other day - but on the plus side my pupils are very familiar with the wiper controls!
