Almost the whole day no telephone, no tv, no internet due to an intervention of a Belgacom technician. After ringing client service (what service, which client?!?) a technician could still pass by but only if we paid for this service € 180,00! No way! Thank god for the second technician who just left and fixed it (for free we trust!)!
