Stone man's nose & ear

Being a children's writer requires a vivid imagination, so perhaps I can be forgiven for having kept these stones for years in the hope of finding the remainder of my 'stone man'! Years ago, I found his nose and left ear only weeks and yards apart, but I'm now beginning to think that's all that is left of him. I shall give these stones a decent burial and give up on my quest!
