Child's play

Almost two weeks after Grandma and I returned from Australia, Nikki and the wee man made the epic trip themselves.

I must admit I was a little nervous for Nikki, travelling all that way and having to do everything by herself (what's new there?). 30+ hours of transit is never fun for anyone, let alone when you travel with a young baby.

Thankfully he proved a good traveller. The timings of the flights fitted well with his sleeping patterns and, bar a bit of grumpiness from Kuala Lumpur, he was great.

I picked them up at Heathrow's soft play area before setting off on the final leg together.

The wee man is now a seasoned traveller and I have them all back in Blighty!
