Chipper

I snapped a series of "portraits" of this little chipmunk today. When I brought them up on my computer tonight, I laughed out loud at the expressions on his face. You can see a few more of them here.

Today was sunny and cool, a perfect Fall day. The rain and wind this week has brought down a lot of the leaves, and the trees are beginning to look like they are dressed for winter. It's funny how animals grow heavier coats in the winter and people bundle up, but the trees go naked! Until the snow covers them that is. It has been a peaceful day. I didn't have to go anywhere. What a treat that was, but it's time to say good night from the north coast of Ohio.
