Spent a delightful afternoon with some of our children playing board games at a local home for the elderly as part of their topic on toys. Some lovely conversations to be heard, and the children learnt a lot about the childhood of 80 years ago. This is my snakes and ladders game that I played with as a child (more years ago than I care to think!)
