Cowgirl

While assembling Halloween costumes the other day, I realized that A's costume was basically going to amount to jeans and a regular shirt with cowgirl boots and a cowgirl hat. I also realized that with a 50-something-degree forecast, jackets are probably going to be required, and then the poor kid won't look much like a cowgirl at all. In order to spruce things up a bit, today I embarked on yet another sewing project. Using some horse-themed fleece, I made this little fringed "cowgirl vest." She's thrilled!
