Blinder

Had a blinder of a headache today crept up on me. I was there in body but not in mind. Couldn't kick it, although it started to ease about 4ish. Hormones maybe or stress or just them blues that always get me around about now. Trying really hard to kick back against them but its not working. Need some sun or a get away.......blaaah
