This pictures a blurry, which is how I spent a good chunk of my day. It started with lights in my eyes a bit like when a camera flash goes off. This made it really hard to see what I was working on so as I was straining to look at the screen I was squinting, which gave me a headache. Away from the artificial light of the office as lunch, I felt a bit better but the light really bothered me when I went back to my desk and I felt much worse.

I don't like taking tablets, but I took a couple of paracetamol for the headache & tried to work as best I could. Despite several people telling me I should go home, I'm a stubborn old git & didn't. By the end of the day i was feeling better, but not 100% so I was ordered not to go to circuits, which was an instruction I didn't mind adhering too.
