Feeling Good

It's not been a great two weeks. The weather's been grey and miserable and I've been grey and miserable. I've had that unshiftable cold for two weeks and I haven't been able to go running. Over the past few days though I've made some decisions I'm really pleased about and this morning I'm feeling good. To top it off I'm all better, the sun has come out, and I went for a run.
