A long and arduous day at work, involving zillions of emails, a team meeting & a chaotic session, ended rather abruptly when I spooked myself whilst all alone in the dark office...

Oh and I ended up hurting my back by spending 2 hours of the session washing up. A task that was necessary as part of my psychological strategy for my volunteers ;-)

And then to top it all I was accused, by some woman who was driving out of the car park, of attempting to break into my own sodding car... For today I was wearing my fur hooded parka.
