Hoping for snow!

... well it would be preferable to all this rain (and we haven't had it as bad as many!) This is the landscape I want to capture when it snows. there are some wonderful diagonal tree lines that really work in a snowy landscape. Still we managed some sun this morning (and wind) and I thought I'd better take myself out for a walk while the weather was reasonable. The going, wasn't however, and at one point the mud almost sucked me under. Have you ever had that awful experience when the mud grabs you and doesn't want to let you go! Anyway I'm back safely now,

Also a little photo editing this morning - I'm still trying to decide on two images for the next photo competition, which is a print comp with the theme twilight.
