Taffy on snow.
A great winter tradition here in Canada is what's known as taffy on snow.
They take clean snow, pour hot maple syrup on to it, wait a few seconds then swirl the syrup which has set slightly on to the stick. Then you have to eat it as fast as you can before it turns back to a liquid and pours down our chin.
This is a tradition I can totally get behind.
