Rain

After I don't know how long, we were finally blessed with a little rain. A little it was. It rained hard for less than a minute, then drizzled a bit off and on, more off than on.

I spotted the raindrops on this Bougainvillea while out on our morning walk. It was drizzling when I went out to get the morning paper, but by the time we left for the walk ( five minutes later?) it had stopped. The wife was still carrying her umbrella though, just in case it thought about starting again. It didn't.
