Neck nominate [32/365]

Had rugby in the morning, first match for the 2's and I go and hurt my knee in the warm up. Off to hospital tomorrow to get it seen to.

Unfortunately I had my neck nominate to complete thanks to Mr Gavin Chapman. It didn't end well.
