They swam off again

It rained all day but I was inspired to go walking in my local woods after seeing a friend's photo of muddy Ashdown Forest on Facebook. There were lots of ducks on the other side of the pond. I fought through trees and brambles to get to them but I did not use sufficient stealth and they swam off.  The view was much better from the other side so the effort was worth it.
