Start of a new month, my birthday month and Valentine's month and best of all pancake day month! After Skype-ing the family and hearing of Jen's long-term life goals of becoming a vegan, we sat down to a decidedly un-vegan dinner of beef fajitas with lots of soured cream and cheese! We watched Cool Runnings as we ate before settling down for an early night as the gale-force winds blew all around the house.
